With the rapid development of the globaleconomy, the concentration of the phenomenon is very general. The enterprise central asa kind of economic growth mode, to advance our nation’s economic development playsa very important role, however, excessive concentration may lead to monopoly andobstacles, limit the effective competition. So about concentration of domestic andforeign makinging references research has important practical significance.Specific for this article is divided into five parts: the first part of main introducesthe concept of legal theory and the concentration of classification, and the concentrationof the basic theory of makinging references, and analyses the harvard school, theChicago school related theory.
