As a government officer, TangBin (1627——1687) had obtained good achievements in law enforcement. The author hasconcluded his concept of law enforcement by study on behavior which he did for changethe defect of law enforcement. And his conceptions are enforce law should pragmaticallyand precisely, justly and incorruptibly, pursuing efficiency and based on person. Theauthor also has concluded the characteristic of his law enforcement’s conceptions which ispractice. It is undeniable that Tang Bin’s conceptions of law enforcement had effected byNeo-Confucianism, so they have historical limitations, but his good achievements provedthat his conceptions of law enforcement were meet the requests of law.
