The struggle is the eternal theme of nature; the political struggle is no exception. In modern times,with the development of party politics, party struggles everywhere, abdication political filled with in theparty. From the end of the20th century to the early21st century, the abdication political is popular withworld, especially the United Kingdom. Abdication political is very typical. On the one hand, with the longdevelopment of the democratic politics in the United Kingdom, the political system is relative perfect. Onthe other hand, the civic literacy is relatively high, the overall development of society is mature.Clearly, the reason of abdication‘s occurrence is much multiple. The article is divided into four parts,the first part of Margaret Thatcher and Mr. Blair’s abdication storm as cases, which is clarifying its context.The second part is the focus of this article, which is focuses on the reasons for the abdication politicalanalysis, which is involving political, economic, cultural, social, historical and personal factors.The political is the prerequisite, for economic indispensable, culture can not be ignored, personalfactors crucial to the scandal is the fuse, the intensification of intra-Party struggle, prompting supportersturned against him, forcing Prime Minister got hit, the end result takes two to tango, to the resignation theroad. The third part discusses the turn of the century the characteristics of the abdication political.Compared with the abdication political pre-World War II, at the turn of the century abdicationcharacteristics reflected in the formation of a coalition government on the issue. There are several reasonsfor this. First, the different historical background; discipline change in the party; three changes in thepattern of political parties. There is not deny thatthe abdication is double-edged sword. If we use properly, the country and party will be benefit from it. Notonly can it save the benefit of people, you can also last the life of the ruling party’s governing.Otherwise Itwill not only increase the contradictions within the party, but also is not conducive to the stability of theregime, even not contribute to people’s livelihood. Therefore, we should properly do this.
