Part-time labour notonly reduces the cost of the employer, and provides a solution for the heavy stockpileproblem of our laid-off workers and unemployed person. Thereby, to ease the problemof excess labor market, but also ease the employment pressure. With the expansion thescope of application of the part-time labour, however, some problems emerge. How toset up the perfect part-time labour system, which is for regulating the flexibility of thistype labor, give part-time employment more attention.
