In particular, China has not yet established a scientific and perfectinner-party supervision and regulation system and the implementation details, whichmakes the party’s internal oversight is difficult to play its due role. Overall, the party’sinternal oversight mechanisms also exist the following three aspects:First, the party’s internal oversight mechanisms in the system design defects,mainly reflected in the procedural norms, the system is not complete. Second, theparty’s internal oversight mechanisms in construction is becoming more mature, thereare appropriate laws and regulations as a support is not optimistic, but the status ofimplementation of many systems in practice, many laws and regulations only remainon the surface, failed to implement in-depth go on. Third, the internal and externalsupervision of the party’s internal oversight mechanisms lack of communication, lackof overall co-ordination.The party’s internal oversight mechanisms in construction to overcome within theparty a variety of undesirable phenomena and behavior, to purify the body of the party,maintain the Party’s advanced nature of urgent need; scientific and democraticdecision-making.
