A Study On Institutions To Prepare The Real-name System Management Of Henan Province

Institutions to prepare the real-name system management, a concept of agencies, organizations, personnel, financial and other related sectors coordinate together. Firstly, it compiled by the agencies approved by the department, secondly, organization and personnel departments in the preparation of limit used in the preparation, at last, the financial sector in accordance with the approved budget prepared using funds allocated. In other words, this is the management which needs to make the number of administrative establishment, the number of the real personnel correspond with the number of financial support. This thesis emphasis on the development of institutions to prepare the real-name system management of Henan province.This thesis has five parts:first, it introduces the background of the institutions to prepare the real-name system management, the aims, the significance and the methods of this thesis; second, it focus on the achievement of this real-name management though with telling us the history, the key process of Henan’s real-name management of institutions and the analysis of statistical data; the third part focused on problems in the analysis of the real-name system management with the reason from the social, policy, theoretical aspects; the forth part are countermeasures and suggestions; the last part sums up the key point, innovations and shortcomings of this thesis.
