| Recruitment is an important part of public servants management system. And in the recruit process, interview presents an important effect, because it is a most important section for selecting examinees. Following the regulation of "All recruitment of public servants must be examined", more and more college graduates take part in this examination, and this exam is to be "the hottest exam in China".We can find that in the recruit process, interview is the most focused section, and meet many suspicions at the same time. Recruit new public servants increases the vitality of government, but also brings many problems during interview process. If these problems could not be solved in time, it must exert negative effect to public, and will have an unfavorable impact on social stability.For the purpose of resolving these problems, this article analyze the regulation in Dali Prefecture that "Three Random and One Announcement", which means examinee select examinants, examination questions and order random, and interview score should be announced in test place immediately. Then the article sum up experience and lessons about this regulation, and research improvement measures. Hope these analysis and measures could prompt the development of interview regulation, and could make the interview fairer. In a sense, these analysis and measures in this article can be applied to interview regulation in domestic, or for reference at least.This article is separated as following four chapters:Chapter 1:Research background about public servants interview and the research status in domestic and overseas, and then present the research programme.Chapter 2:The status of public servants recruitment and interview in Dali Prefecture, especially analyze the interview process.Chapter 3:Negative factors influence the fairness of public servants interview. Research of this question is separated as three aspects-examiner, test question and examination. Chapter 4:Improvement measures for public servants interview, include enhance the quality of examiner, set test question reasonably and control the interview process strictly etc. |
