The last problem is we have notbeen formed the unified government purchasing management system.Based on the domestic and international background, improving the "buying Chinese"mechanism as soon as possible is very necessary. On the one hand, we should establish theunitive goods determination standards, on the other hand, we should perfect thegovernment procurement regulatory system and the responsibility mechanism. Adjust legalprovisions,government policys and procedure system related to the "buying Chinese".Coordinate the Government Procurement law and the Tender and Bidding Law. Form aunified government procurement management system.Finally mull over the quotations list and make the best of the GPA exceptions toprotect the Chinese domestic industry.
