The New—Democracy Culture was a product that Marxism combined with the Chinese actual revolution, which was collective wisdom, and it was also the result that summarized and surpassed the revolutionary cultural workers’theoretical results which was on the basis of Chinese Communists in the light of the Chinese revolution. The30s’ and40s’ of20th century was the age of development and ultimately the formation of the new—democracy culture,. In this period, revolutionary cultural workers’contribution of formation and development of new democratic culture can not be ignored in the development history of the new democratic culture.In1930s and1940s, under the direct or indirect leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, revolutionary cultural workers based on the soil of people’s lives, and were couraged to oppose imperialism and feudalism and were commitment to create people’s culture in the field of philosophy, literature, history, music, movies, etc. In the formation process of the new—democracy culture, as an essential force, revolutionary cultural workers organized, leaded or participated in cultural activities, finally, they continued to seize the opportunity to promote the process of the theory of Marxism in China, thus they laid the cultural background of the formation and development of the new democratic culture. They brought up lots of viewpoints and opinions and so on so that it useful to explore the construction of the new democratic culture’s "Knowledge". Through practical work, they also summarized and built bridges between the concept of the new democratic culture and the Chinese Communist leaders, and they contributed to maturity of the new democratic culture actively. Meanwhile, revolutionary cultural workers played the role of mission and responsibility in the formation and development of the new democratic culture, they also provide a reference for contemporary cultural workers how to establish socialism culture with Chinese characteristics.
