China’s Constitution,"Inheritance Law","women’s rights and interests of the Law on the Protection of the relevant laws and regulations to give women equal inheritance rights with men, but in our traditional customs, women are not able to enjoy equal inheritance rights like the man, this is conflicted with the relevant laws and regulations of our country at this stage, while in rural areas by the traditional customs of inheritance rights for women in rural areas to have an objective understanding of this article, this issue will carry out in-depth research and analysis.The paper is divided into five parts:The first section describes the relevant legal concepts and law and women’s inheritance; the second part of the research locations, research methods, research results were introduced, and around the research focus on the research questionnaire the data were analyzed, also combined with interviews with answers to the problems found in the survey questionnaire; the third part of the research on women’s inheritance rights are not implemented in rural areas, and summed up the economic factors, conflict between the factors of traditional practices, women in their quality as well as customary law and statutory four reasons; rural women’s inheritance rights are not implemented in the fourth part of the most fundamental reason-the customary law with the established Law analysis, from both the consistency and conflict in these two areas, on the basis of their own views on how to resolve the conflict between the two, emphasizing simple decision which the applicable and should understand the two on the basis of their respective advantages, combined with its application to the social effects to make a judgment; part Ⅴ how to carry out the implementation of the law, women’s inheritance rights in rural areas of legal education, legal advocacy, strengthening the role of the judiciary and the women’s Federation to make recommendations.
