Since New China was founded sixty years, our constitutional supervision system there is no progress on the substantive meaning, the Constitution can be said to a certain extent a dead letter, with our concept of the rule of law is not consistent.1999Qi Yuling case and the2003Sun Zhigang incident appeared to make the community a renewed focus of the constitutional justice, a matter of opinion of experts and scholars of the constitutional justice put forward many valuable ideas and unconstitutional censorship in China a lot better idea.Constitutional justice of short, refers to the Constitution into the judicial process, the judiciary directly to the constitutional norms as the basis for the adjudication of cases. Article focuses on the Qi Yuling case and related cases a brief introduction to sort out and analyze the relevant legal issues, combined with the basic theory of the Constitution discussed the issue of constitutional justice, and finally from the reality of our country, made on the Judicature of Our Constitution the case suggested, and made the discourse.
