| With the increasing of medical disputes in our nation, the protection of patientprivacy has become the focus of the community. Because of imperfect legislation, theeducation circle have not come to an agreement about the conception, connotation andinfringement behavior of patient privacy right. Moreover, the disequilibrium betweenpatients and doctors about the medical knowledge have made this situation worse.Above all, this situation not only not conducive to ease the testify relationship betweenpatients and doctors, but also to the development of harmonious society and medicalcause.The starting point of this article is on the definition of patient privacy right. Andthen sum up the main performance of patient privacy infringement in practice.Combining with the current situation at home and abroad, this thesis focuses on how tobalance the conflict between patient privacy right and relative rights, and sum up theexisting problems in current society.
