Building a harmonious socialist society is a major strategic goal of the ChineseCommunists in the new century, the human pursuit of high social ideals of thousands ofyears. A harmonious socialist society has the deep theoretical basis, both Marxism, Chinesetraditional culture and Western culture, but also has rich connotations reflecting thecharacteristics of the times and the requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The proposal of building a socialist harmonious society embodies the correct judgment onthe rule of social development and a profound grasp of the rule of social development, butalso reflects a clear understanding of the problems of social development with a scientificattitude of seeking truth from facts.Marxist political parties to achieve social harmony and building a better society hasalways been a social ideal pursued by the human, but also including the Communist Partyof China, as the relentless pursuit of a social ideal. Since the16th CPC National Congressreport greater social harmony as an important goal of our party to strive for clearly stated,the social harmony had become a major research focus of the academic community, andlaunched a number of theoretical results.
