In the late twentieth Century, the Internet economy began to develop in some of the economically developed city with leading technology in China. After entering the21st century, with the sharp increase in China’s economic and social development and the number of the Internet users, it greets the spring of development.Because the rapid development of Internet economy is a new economic model, the network economy has gradually reveals many new problems in China’s economic development at present.From the point of Management theory, government regulation is lagged behind. Therefore, the Chinese government traditional economic supervision model, which shows many shortcomings, has already been unsuitable for the new economy in the background of the rapid development of network economy.This study will start from some of the network economy basic concepts, and comb present situation of the Chinese development of network economy to analyze some contradictions and problems. Thus we can raise the needs of strengthening the integration, according to the difficulties and shortcomings in network economy supervision. As to put forward more effective means and methods, this research will take some advanced experience in related developed countries for reference and some pilot experience in Yangtze River Delta Region for example. Then the paper will put forward some supporting measures and suitable suggestions to help Chinese government to improve and strengthen the economic regulation of Internet, especially for the Electronic business regulation, which is on the basis of practice in many parties and Chinese actual situation.How to adapt to the new situation and how to strengthen the economic regulation of the network is a major issue in front of the Chinese government. This study will help Chinese government to play an important role in the supervision of the network economy.
