Privacy Protection In Network Communication

By IT development, network occupies more and more in daily life, but thenetwork infringement becoming more severely, from "Nude Picture Scandal" to "StreetGate", and the battle360and Tencent companies, none of the affairs warn us theseriousness and influence of privacy infringement. However, with correspondingnetwork rapid development, the legal privacy protection company hysteresis. So far,China legal system hasn’t established the independent privacy law, and there’re justsome separate regulations concerned in other laws to the network privacy infringement.This paper would negotiate from the network development status, to construct anddevelop network privacy protection system. There’re totally six chapters,1stchapterfocus on introducing challenges and changes of privacy protection by IT development;2edchapter would talk from the definition of network privacy protection, and thenclarify the privacy difference between network and non-network circumstances;3rdchapter would view the composition of the network privacy, and further analysis theparticularity in the network environment;4thchapter may assort the various networkprivacy infringement, making specific reference to complete network privacy protectionsystem;5thchapter compared the different system of network privacy protectiondomestic and overseas, revealing the current international privacy protection and thegeneral trend; the6thchapter start from the China’s realities of network development,made on improving our network privacy protection recommendations.
