Jingpo Mu Nao Zongge Section Analysis The Historical Development Of Change

Jing Po nationality has formed variegated and colorful national culture in the process of long‐term labor practice. As a special cross‐border ethnic minorities, there are many very old folk dances, the most typical of which is Mu Nao Zong Ge. Mu Nao Zong Ge is a comprehensive cultural form, which is a collection of poems (mythology), song, dance, music, rituals, and mixed production, custom, religion together. At first, it was a kind of simple religious sacrificial ritual, but after a long period, it has developed into a large festival entertainment activities of today. Normally, one nation may has a profound understanding to its own traditional culture only in contacting and comparing with the modern culture and the foreign culture. But at the same time, in the process of the dialogue with the modern culture, it will encount some degree of “baptism” inevitably, produce an interactive relations with them, and continue to develop and change. In this paper, we try to research history and culture of Jing Po and the development and change of Mu Nao Zong Ge through the folklore,anthropology, history, religion and related dance theory.This paper mainly consists of three parts: the introduction, the main body (five chapters) and the conclusion.The introduction explains the source of the topic and the related research background and methods. The first chapter declares the origin, nationality, population and society system of Jingpo through the method of literature review. The second chapter mainly states the religion form and the “culture shock” with the invasion of foreign religion to the primitive religion of Jingpo. The third chapter is most important part of this article, which mainly expounds the formation, kind and related matters of Mu Nao Zong Ge. The fourth chapter analysis the development and change of Mu Nao Zong Ge on the impact of modern culture. The conclusion part is a summary of the whole article.
