Quwo dialect belongs to the Fenhe clusters of Zhongyuan Mandarin, which should be redemarcated into Jiangzhou sub-clusters according to Quwo dialect phonological feathers. It is special that rhe Quwo dialect is located in the transition zone between Jin dialect and zhongyuan Mandarin, namely:both have the characteristics of Zhongyuan Mandarin and Jin dialect, and also has its own particular characteristics. In this paper it offers comprehensive investigation and study, of which is to" The Language Atlas of China" for the investigation basis, with Dongxu village of Gaoxian Town in Quwo County as the object of study. In addition, now in the various dialects are faced with a very serious situation, the task of " rescue" dialect is more urgent, and devoted to the study of Quwo dialect are relatively fewer, most of the articles just researched in Fenhe clusters phonological feature. So the study of the Quwo dialect is very necessary. This article is mainly combined to the static description and dynamic description. In the static description, mainly on the Quwo dialect’s nitial, final, tone system, literary and colloquial readings, tone sandhi, homonyms table and other aspects offer the detailed description. In the dynamic description, used synchronic and diachronic methods to describ in nitial,final and tone of Quwo dialect. Among them, in the synchronic comparison, mainly selected the Quwo peripheral dialects, namely:Yicheng, Xiangfen, Xinjiang, Wanrong and Houma, and Ceng Gengtong Dang River in ancient and the ancient wholly voiced nitial are compared; the Jin dialect comparison, focusing on selected Bingzhou cluster of Jin dialect. In the diachronic comparison, this article introduces the middle of Tang and Song Dynasties" Guangyun" and" Midland phonology" nitials,finals and tones to undertake comparative study, and then to measure the Quwo dialect phonetic features and evolution history.
