Non-direct-interest Conflict is a kind of social group conflict, which closely being concerned recently in china. There are special manifestation on non-direct-interest Conflict in the special development stage of contemporary China, and it constantly evoke researchers to explore the root of its emergence, in which attitude is taken seriously by most experts. Attitude is the stable and appraise disposition inside mentally, which is held by individual when he respond to a specific social object with certain way. There exist some inner link between the social attitude and kinds of conflict, directly or indirectly. The existing research results on satisfaction of public in different aspects of social life provide the basis of the generation mechanism study on non-direct-interest Conflict.The presentation of implicit attitude brings a new research field to the study of non-direct-interest Conflict. Implicit attitude, namely the trace of past experience that the individual can’t perceive (or can’t accurately identify) by introspection, which regulate the evaluation to the attitude object.This paper is a research on implicit and explicit social satisfaction, mainly through the devising work of satisfaction scale, to detect the overall social attitude of current masses from the view of implicit satisfaction and explicit satisfaction, and to give a deep comparison and analysis.Through the scientific scale design and strict on-the-spot investigation, we draw the following conclusion:First, The Social Satisfaction Scale, based on the macroscopic level of social attitude, had good content validity, structural validity and internal consistency, which can be used for formal measurement.Second, Paper-pen Form of Implicit Association Test designed in this research had good reliability and validity, reflected the practicability and convenience characteristics of paper-pen scale.Third, through the measure of implicit and explicit social satisfaction scales, the results show that, to the current overall society both college students and general social public perform implicit satisfaction and explicit dissatisfaction, and significant difference.Fourth, the research got the results of implicit satisfaction and explicit dissatisfaction by combining implicit and explicit measurement. On one hand, the result reflects the current social tend that people dissatisfy our community in some extent; on the other hand, the methods provide an available way to explore the substance relationship between social satisfaction and non-direct-interest Conflict.
