After The Real Concept Of Drama Theater

Postdramatisches Theater began in the early20th century,it came tomaturity since the1970s.At present the form of Postdramatisches Theateris more and more abundant,but compare to the various theatre form, thecorresponding theory research is not enough.This paper mainly takes theview of truth in the Postdramatisches Theater as a starting point,to discussthe influence which comes from the change of the view of truth.Theseeffects include: the change in means of artistic expression of theater,thechanges in the way of the actors act,the change of ways of observation ofthe audiences and so on.The traditional drama(mainly refers to the modern drama) is thiskind of art which made the script as the core,made the imitation ofexistence as the creation method,made the Manufacturing theatre illusionas a primary purpose.the main function of the theatre of traditional dramais to express the unreal world of text,the theatre only as a tool ofexpressing script.Since the main drama creation methods was imitate,actions and the model was the real world,the verisimilitude whichthe traditional drama pursued was that drama should reflect the objectiveworld of the high degree of realism.The theatre concept of traditionaldrama is action imitating and expressing the objective world which wasbeing reappeared.Therefore,the truth which the tradition drama pursuedwas a kind of staged authenticity.For example,It requires items on thestage should be similar with which are in the real life,the actors shouldcompletely being the role,and so on.Actors and scenery on the stage areonly symbols.Their real presence is not to performance (show) itsownself, and just being mediums which lead the audience into the illusoryworld in the theatre.In brief, the purpose of the traditional drama is tocreate the illusion of real life and to express the objective world of thehigh degree of realism.The status of script has descended in the PostdramatischesTheater.The script only as a part of the theatre which equal to actors andscenery on the stage in this kind of theatre,no longer being the core of thetheater.Some Postdramatisches Theater begins to direct plays without the script. The concept of the Postdramatisches Theater is using the methodsof transmutation and ritualization to pursue a different kind of truth.Thetruth in the Postdramatisches Theater is no longer expressing the truth ofthe virtual world, but paying attention to existence, namely materialpresence of all items which are on the stage(including actors). Items onthe stage are no longer just being symbols which is pointing to the virtualworld, and also can show themselves.In addition,real life only was theobject of the theater in the traditional drama performance, but real lifedirectly went into the theatre which caused the change in the way ofdirectors act,actors performance and observation of the audiences in thePostdramatisches Theater.
