The Northern and Southern dynasties is an important turning point in the development process of Chinese women’s clothing. Northern and Southern women’s clothing in the head, clothing, hair style, body suits, and foot clothing has both their own uniqueness and mutual absorption factors.The northern wei dynasty is the first minority government stay at the Central Plains, the development of their clothing has experienced the evolution of a multi-ethnic clothing integration, the transformation of Chinese ancient women’s clothing play role in linking between the past and future. The different classes women of the northern wei dynastynoble women, the female officer, the dance and music, the maid, labor women,their dress have different characteristics, in general, it shows the practical, simple and light.
