Hybird form is the outcome of chronic evolution of sonata form and is a transitionfrom single structural capacity of sonata form itself to its multiple structural capacityof several hybird forms. This dissertation views nested structure and theme cycle assubjects, and summarise sonata form’s two hybird structure characteristics, which, hopefully, will be useful for modern composition and analysis. The dissertation is divided into three parts: introduction, text and epilogue. In thepart of introduction, the article mainly sums up the domestic and oversea researchstatus, illustrate the research subjects and significance and clear that purpose of thepaper is to focus on nested structure and theme cycle of sonata form. The text is separated to three chapters. The first chapter states related hybirdphenomenon of sonata form. First of all, in light of the concept of “sonata formâ€, theauthor summarises its essence and structure principle. Secondly, it is illustrated brieflythat appearance of hrbird form is the historic necessity. Finally, some theoreticalperspectives confirmed by influencial theorists to hybird form will be sorted out, whichare regarded as supportable arguments for article points. The second and third chaptersare the central parts: the statement of nested structure and theme cycle. In the first partof nested structure, according to the differences of combination approach of two sonataforms, the article discusses them from the standpoints of “cross†and “parallelâ€. Whenit comes to the part of theme cycle, it is separated to major theme cycle and otherstheme cycle to discuss and research due to the difference of theme category. The mainstatement method is through analysis of some works to in-depth exploration andsummary. The epilogue considers primary-secondary relationship, stability and instability ofhybird structure of nested structure and theme cycle, and in terms of these, try tofurther summarise their formation features. |
