Till the time of "mansions", the use of modern characters replaced the writing of classical Chinese, so the "mansions" remarked that the vernacular novel creation gradually mature, In the Academic journal "The study of modern Chinese stages during the upper and lower limit ", wrote by MingYang Hu, mentioned that, the lower limit of modern Chinese should before the time of Cao Xueqing, the author of "mansions". Besides, he thinks that "mansions" marks the beginning of the studying of modern Chinese. As we all know,"mansions" is one work of the feudal society’s encyclopedias. During the past more than two hundred years, the research of this works never stopped. With the establishment of the new China as a border, the study of two hundred years of redology can be classified into the two stages.Under the guidance of this new period’s thoughts, not only the version of textual research, but also the ideological culture or other aspects,|redology has achieved great success in an unprecedented full attitude. While on the contrary, we haven’t achieved too much in the study about||the language of "mansions". Generally,"mansions" always be considered||as the beginning of modern Chinese, and represent the earlier form of modern||Chinese. Therefore, the important position of this work in the Chinese|history of literature had decided the importance of the study of "ba" sentences and "bei" sentences in this work, and important value in research||of modern Chinese and modern Chinese.This article analyzed the usage of the words of "mansions", in order to study the "mansions", the language characteristics of those ages, and the relationship and modern Chinese. What’s more, this article will take place of the three plane theory, and will take syntactic, semantic and pragmatic analysis on the "ba" sentences and "bei" sentences in this work.
