In the late1990s, many Asian countries, including start off the “Korean Wave”movement, including China, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Korean domestic audiences inthis period, constantly, gradually entered the field of vision of a global audience, withthe Korean exports spread around the world by the world’s attention.Drama industry in the growing aura of the era of new media has become amoment of leisure consumption, enjoy the indispensable part of life, women played avery important role in the TV series in the consumer market, the continuousimprovement of the social system, the status of women in society constantlyupgrading, they are the main audience groups as a drama of consumption, to someextent, affected the production and dissemination of the drama, drama as a form ofculture around in people’s lives, to fill the rising material standard of living and socialenvironment on mentalconsumer demand. Korean TV drama particular emphasis onthis female self-realization, the drama as a vehicle to provide a broad platform ofpractice to show women “inner beauty” and “outer beauty”.“Korean femaletag”largely reflected in the social behavior exhibited by the women from the side ofthe details of life and ideological integration.The article is divided into four parts to prove the point. The first chapter is theintroduction summarizes the new century after the Korean Development Review class“Korean wave” prevailing social environment and background. Status for domesticand foreign scholars to explain the purpose and significance of this research, conceptfor women to maintain and build of the Korean TV drama, is the main expositioncenter. The second chapter of the Western concept of “soap opera”, in close contact onthe Korean and women. Analyzes the impact and interaction of the South Koreandramas and female values.The third chapter focuses on the construct and its impact ofthe role of women in the Korean TV drama, plot establishment, the narrative point ofview, design and other aspects about the position and needs of Korean women.Chapter IV, for example, introduced the “Temptation of Wife” to Korean TV drama ofthe relationships, the characters and the humanist values reflect the understanding ofthe system.
