“Tang Chang’an poetry” was born in the magnificent cultural context in TangDynasty, and was shaped in the inclusive and open urban atmosphere in Chang’an. Itpresents in politics, business, religion, folklore and other aspects. As fertile ground forgrowth of “Chang’an poetry”, Chang’an has been the capital of the Tang Dynasty havingbeen longing for by poets, always have the palace towering, magnificent mountains andrivers, beautiful scenery. Throughout the early Tang to the late Tang Dynasty, the poet’s“Chang’an poetry” showed a gradual process of change. In this paper,“Chang’anpoetry” is discussed from the cultural background of the times and the creating subject,at the same time, researching the related poet and culture. Finally, combining with thebefore and after poetry examples, to explore the trajectory of the evolution of the “TangChang’an poetry”.
