In this thesis, nine flavonoids were isolated from the needles of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. by column chromatographic methods using silica gel, polyamide, ODS and Sephadex LH-20, etc. Structures of eight compounds were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral analysis. The compounds were identified as kaempferol 3-O-(5"-O-E-feruloyl)-a-L-arabinofuranoside(1), kaempferol 3-O-(5 "-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-a-L-arabinof-uranoside(2), kaempferol 3-0-(5"-O-Z-p-coumaroyl)-a-L-arabinofuranoside(3), kaempfer-ol 3-O-(3"-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-(6"-O-acetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), kaempferol 3-O-(3"-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-(6"-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5), kaempferol 3-O-(3"-O-E-p-coumaryl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6), kaempferol 3-0-(3",6"-di-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-gl-ucopyranoside(7), Isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8), Among them, compounds 1, 2,3,4 were the novel compounds, compounds 5,6 were isolated from this genus for the first time, compounds 7,8 were isolated from this species for the first time.TLC and UV were used to identify and analyze the flavonoids of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr., Pinus yunnanensis Franch., Pinus sylvestris Linn. var mongolica Litv., Pinus sylvestris Linn. var. sylvestriformis Cheng et C. D. Chu, Pinus massoniana Lamb., Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc., Pinus armandi Franch., Pinus bungeana Zucc. ex Endl., and the results can be served as basement for chemotaxonomy of Pinus. |
