| Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the DSD insole treatment and provided the basis for metatarsalgia treatment at the same time.Method:26cases (51feet) of patients with metatarsalgia used the D3D nsole treatment for continuous16weeks at least by retrospective study method..To measure a series data of the gait cycle before and after the treatment,such as the maximum pressures and impluses on the area of pain, the midfeet and the back feet before and after the treatment,as well as the area of callosum and the VAS pain scores.All the datas were contrasted with themselves by SPSS17.0Results:The VAS score of the26cases is form (6.35±0.11) to (3.46±0.19) after the treatment,had statistical sigoigicaoce.(P<0.05); The maximum pressure of all the pain area is decreased from (140.88±91.08) N to (124.66±71.63) N, the maximum pressure of all the pain area is decreased from (21.61±11.39) P/cm2to (19.42±9.58) P/cm2, the impulse decreased from(55.00±.13)Ns to(46.33±2.52)Ns, had statistical sigoigicaoce.(P<0.05): the maximum pressure of midfoot is raised from (171.51±14.90) N to (195.62±17.18) N. the impluse of the midfoot is raised from(65.17±7.07)Ns to (79.53±9.93)Ns, had statistical sigoigicaoce.(P<0.05) the maximum pressure of the midfoot is raised from (4.27±0.35) P/cm2to (4.81±0.37) P/cm2, was not statistically (P>0.05);the maximum pressere of the hindfoot is from (392.87±147.92)N to (383.71±142.27)N, the maximum pressure of the hindfoot is from (23.59±9.39)P/cm2, to (24.35±10.56)P/cm2, the impluse of the hindfoot is from (128.20±10.37) Ns to (126.13±9.72) Ns, Were not statistically significant (P>0.05)。60.87%of the paients’callosum is smaller than before.The clinical efficacy:The treatment of D3D insole can remit the pain of metatarsalgia.to some extent this treatment can decrease the maximum prussure and the impluse of the pain area,to control the development of the plantar pains corpus callous effectively,all to prove this treatment had clinic effection. |
