Aim:Through to investigage the TCM four diagnostic information, laboratory tests and other influence factors of type2diabetes with family history, determine the familial aggregation syndromes types and main symptoms of type2diabetes, and analyze the relation between the etiology and pathogenesis and syndromes.Method:Select88patients with family history of T2DM, also included88cases of gender, age and proportion are quite healthy samples as the control group. Then collect their general information, family situation, TCM four diagnostic information and the related indicators of clinical test. We have built a network database, after collecting,take double entry of two and using SPSS19.0statistical software to statistical analysis. Using frequency statistics to calculate the positive rate of TCM four diagnostic information, including clinical symptoms, tongue coating, positive rate of pulse condition and so on, and compared with the control group by chi-square analysis, then combined with clinic to get initial symptoms, tongue and pulse index. Using exploratory factor analysis of the four diagnostic information to further mining, to extract the common factor, combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes named common factor with specification, establishment of familial aggregation in type2diabetes common syndrome and primary symptom.Results:Using exploratory factor analysis by frequency statistics analysis and chi-square test, and get a positive and meaningful symptoms and lingual arteries and veins, total of32, they are:Dry mouth and drinking more, body trapped back, easy to cramp, spontaneous sweating, night sweating, heart palpitations, flustered, insomnia, limb numbness, joint pain, lacking in strength,headache, heave a deep sigh, dizziness, depression of modern, much dream, head bilges, knee soft, forgetfulness, tinnitus, lumbar acid, low back pain, irritability, cold, and cold limbs; Less moss, moss greasy, moss white, thick moss, moss yellow; Vein smooth fine strings, arteries and veins, arteries and veins, arteries and veins.
