Objective: To observe the obvious incentives and the incidence ofnon-hereditary sexy tone nerve deafness (acquired nonhereditary sensorineuralhearing loss following referred to as nerve deafness) in patients with serumhomocysteine(HCY) and serum uric acid levels, analyze itsand deafness.Methods:80cases in the control group in the observation group,80cases ofnormal hearing people choose the gender, age, race, and the experimental groupmatch the collection of patients with sensorineural hearing loss. Byfluorescence polarization immunoassay technology-based automated immunoassaymethod for determination of serum Hcy and serum uric acid content. Results: The observed serum Hcy levels (18.54±4.34) μmol/L,significantly higher than that in the control group (8.02±3.54) μmol/L,serum uric acid levels (396.2±97.3) μmol/L, was significantly higher(212.8±71.5) μmol/L, was significantly different (P <0.05).Conclusion: Homocysteine, uric acid and sensorineural deafness related, maybe one of the risk factors for sensorineural deafness.Control body homocysteineand serum uric acid for the prevention of deafness may be a new researchdirection.
