Objective:By contrast of ibuprofen sustained release capsule,to evaluation of the effect of AA using in the pain that after fess for CRS,and that, to provide a effective, safe and simple characteristics treatment method of TCM for clinical.Methods:The object observation of the subject is the patient with chronic sinusitis and have the moderate pain within48hours after the Fess,and that,the clinical research using digital random distribution method to distinguish test group and control group, then give them the corresponding treatment. The test group is treated by acupuncture therapy acupuncture therapy a specific-Each time for30minutes, every10minutes at a time during treatment line, a total of two times, within4hours of treatment with acupuncture treatment of an invalid. Control group was treated with oral ibuprofen treatment, two times a day, each time300mg. Two cases in test recorded pain ratings before and after the test24h, vital signs and adverse reactions during the test, and curative effect and safety evaluation after the observation.Results:A total of53cases, the treatment group of24cases,29cases of the control group. The two treatments were effective,because that the pain score after treatment was decreased (P<0.05), And the difference in efficiency of the two groups is very small(P>0.05). BCS ratings were improved after treatment, but the difference was no significant (P>0.05). Safety evaluation for grade1.Conclusion:The effect of AA using in the pain that after fess for CRS is the same as Ibuprofen sustained release capsules. It has the advantages of simplly and safety, and filled the blank of acupuncture used inthe pain after fess for CRS, expanded the scope of AA.It is the method of treatment of characteristics of TCM,and worthyfull of study and application.
