Objectives:1ã€To investigate the levels of Th17and the concentrations of interleukin-17(IL-17), interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with lupus nephritis (LN).2ã€To explore the correlations between the levels of Th17as well as concentrations of IL-17, IL-6and disease activity in LN patients.3ã€To investigate the different expression of Thl7, IL-17and IL-6in different pathological group.Methods:The reseach included40cases of LN(All of them are in line with the United States rheumatology criteria for the diagnosis of SLE,and accompanied with the clinical manifestations of renal damage) and14cases of healthy volunteers. Further,LN patients were divided into active group and inactive group by SLEDAI. We analyzed the Th17cell ratios in all subjects’PBMCs by FCM, and detected the levels of IL-17and IL-6by ELISA. Then, we compared Th17, IL-17and IL-6among control groupã€active and inactive group of LN, and analyzed the correlation between these indexes and disease activity indexes. Furthermore, laboratory related indexes were collected,including ANA,ENA,ds-DNA,IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4. The renal biopsy examination was taken in the patients. All the renal specimens were categorized according to2003ISN/RPS classification as type â…¡,type â…¢,type IV,type V. All indexes were compared and analysed in different pathological group.Result:1.Compared with normal control group, the content of Thl7,IL-17and IL-6was significantly higher, and the content of these indexes was significantly higher in active group than that in inactive group.(p<0.05).2.The level of Th17,IL-17and IL-6were positively correlated with SLEDAI.3.There were highest concentrations of Th17,IL-17and IL-6in type IV LN, but there were no statistical significance in different pathological group.4.ds-DNA had a positive relationship with SLEDAI,while C3,C4had a negative correlation with SLEDAI.Conclusion:Th17cell ratios and IL-17,IL-6contents increased in patients with LN,and all of them were correlated with SLEDAI, there were no significant difference of Th17cell ratios and IL-17,IL-6contents among pathological group,which indicated that Thl7cell and the related cell factors may be involved in the pathogenesis of LN. |
