Liaoning University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital, 371 Cases Of Patients With Sugar To Adjust Abnormal Decade Outcome Survey

Objective:Through the follow-up371cases of2000diagnosis with Impaired GlucoseRegulation in patients with10-year clinical outcomes in the Affiliated Hospitalof Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, then understand theirlifestyle; know the impact and role on pill intervention for Impaired GlucoseRegulation (IGR), as well as age, blood lipid, body weight.Method：Given exercise, diet,lifestyle intervention, oral pill treatment;lifestyle and drug combination therapy to371patients with Impaired GlucoseRegulation.Prognosis is divided into three groups:IGR-T2DM (D), IGR-IGR (E),IGR-NGT (F), and pay attention to comparison of age, serum lipid, body weighton prognosis.Results：1)87patients with Impaired Glucose Regulation (IGR) developing into(T2DM);176patients are still the same,108cases turn into the normal.2) simple lifestyle intervention and s drug intervention is not good for glucoseregulation, and have no significant differences,but combination them can reducethe occurrence of diabetes, in favor of IGR outcome;3) whether it is IGT, or IFG, the higher blood glucose value,the more easilyconverted to diabetes.4) seen from the age and impaired glucose regulation, before the age of70,IGR increased with the age, the incidence rate increased gradually; after70,the incidence of IGR havs no increase with the age increased. But with theincreasing of age, IGR outcome is worse.5) patients with normal blood lipids whose IGR prognosis is good, and patients with abnormal blood lipids whose IGR prognosis is worse.6) overweight people who have hyperglycemia are easy turn into diabetes; andnormal group have small risk into diabetes.Conclusion：Age, blood lipid, body weight for Impaired Glucose Regulation can affect theoutcome, and lifestyle, drug combination therapy for Impaired Glucose Regulationhas better curative effect.
