| Purpose：1Through clinical observation to the compatibility of blood circulation drugson the rheumatoid arthritis card symptom scores2Through clinical observation to the compatibility of blood circulation drugson the acute phase of rheumatoid arthritis disease activity index3Through clinical observation to the compatibility of blood circulation drugsto improve the condition of rheumatoid arthritisMaterial and method：Collected95cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients met the diagnostic criteriaand exclusion criteria, were randomly divided into two groups, experimentalgroup and control group, the basis use: the two groups were treated withloxoprofen sodium tablets60mg three times a day, orally; leflunomide tablets20mg once a day, orally; experimental group on this basis to give the aconitumsoup and walnuts and safflower soup decoction oral on the basis. Control groupon the basis given aconitum soup oral；the two groups were treated for15days.Collection of two groups of patients symptoms，signs, laboratory test resultsbefore and after treatment, taken to determine the condition to improve thesituation before and after treatment between the two groups, control and SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Results：1. Chinese medicine symptom efficacy evaluation of the total efficiencycomparison results indicate that the experimental group the total effective ratewas97.9%；control group total effective rate was93.5%. Experimental group thetotal efficiency percentage is slightly higher than the control group, but showedno statistically significant difference (P>0.05)2. TCM syndrome score results show that after the integral treatment of theexperimental group was significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05), the control group integral lower than before treatment (P<0.05), theexperimental group and control group after treatment points the experimentalgroup significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).3. After treatment, two groups condition improvement results show that thepercentage of the total rate of improvement of the experimental group higherthan the control group, statistically significant difference (P <0.05), theexperimental group and control group after treatment DSA28score weresignificantly lower (P<0.05), the experimental group and control group aftertreatment compared DSA28score to the experimental group was significantly lowerthan the control group (P<0.05), the difference of two sets of experimental groupwas significantly higher (P <0.05).4. The main symptoms and joint activities in the two groups before and aftertreatment comparison results indicate that the experimental group and controlgroup after treatment the number of joint pain, the number of swollen joints,morning stiffness, the number of joint tenderness, joint activitiesclassification and other observed indicators than before treatment wassignificantly improved (P<0.05); the main symptom of patients to improve theexperimental group and control group after treatment compared to theexperimental group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05),after treatment the two groups of the joint classification results compared,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).5. The results of laboratory tests before and after treatment show that theexperimental group and control group after treatment the erythrocytesedimentation rate and C-reactive lower than before treatment, they aresignificantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment, the erythrocyte sedimentationrate and C-reactive protein results in the experimental group significantlylower than the control group (P<0.05)Conclusion：1. Compatibility of blood circulation drugs can reduce rheumatoid arthritis TCMsyndrome score. 2. Compatibility of blood circulation drugs can effectively reduce the activityindex of acute phase of rheumatoid arthritis.3. Compatibility of blood circulation drugs can significantly improve therheumatoid arthritis disease. |
