Study objective:This study adopts full nutrition dialectic meal technology [1], the organic integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine dialectical dietary nutrition theory, from the holism in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine nutrition perspective on wet-hot type NAFLD patients undergoing dietary intervention, scientific, objective observation and evaluation of the nutrition intervention on dietary pattern of NAFLD safety and efficacy.Research methods:In1, NAFLD related literature were summarized, the current research situation about NAFLD field.In2,61cases of damp-heat accumulation type NAFLD patients randomized into catering facilities group (31cases) and control group (30cases). Two groups were given routine exercise intervention, catering facilities group with full nutrition dialectical dietary intervention, the control group using conventional dietary. In4weeks for Icourses,3courses were observed. Before and after the intervention to fill in the questionnaire, patients to understand the physical, physiological indexes (weight, waist circumference, and blood pressure), biochemical metabolism: glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), liver function (ALT, AST, GGT), blood lipid (TC, TG, all of LDL-C, HDL-C) and liver ultrasound and analysis of efficacy. The research results:In1, catering facilities in intervention group after clinical symptoms (pain, stool weight, was trapped. Eat less sticky, anorexia, yellow urine, stomach and abdomen Fanre, glowing or burning), physiological indexes (weight, waist circumference, SBP, DBP), and biochemical indexes (FPG, CHbAlC, CHO, TG, HDL), liver ultrasound results compared with those before intervention there are differences (P<0. Olor P<0.05), in a dry mouth and do not wish to drink no differences (P>0.05).In2, control group after symptoms (pain, stool weight, was trapped. Eat less sticky, anorexia, yellow urine) differ (P<0.05), symptoms (abdominal distention Wan glowing or burning, burning heat, thirst without desire to drink), physiological indexes (weight, waist circumference, SBP, DBP), and biochemical indexes (FPG, CHbAlC, CHO, TG, HDL), liver ultrasound results compared with those before intervention had no difference (P>0.05).In3, the two group after the intervention compared, in symptoms (pain, stool weight, was trapped. Eat less sticky, anorexia, yellow urine), physiological indexes (weight, waist circumference, SBP, DBP), and biochemical indexes (FPG, CHbAlC, CHO, TG, HDL), and other aspects of a significant liver ultrasound difference (P<0.01or P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion:The research results show that the dialectic meal nutrition intervention (NAFLD wet-hot type) is effective and its unique advantages, as total nutrient dialectical dietary therapy for chronic diseases provide methodological guidance, enhance national dietary health care consciousness, can be clinically used widely.
