Betaine group to3%of the fed in methionine and give betaine400mg/kg, day once irrigation stomach.12weeks to be put to death after rats were taken penile tissue HCY, NO and HO-2.6to8weeks after o through the morphine Portsmouth experimental rats penile erectile times,grouping record. And to take some blood in rats, determination of the rats homocysteine inthe blood of the exact value. Finally put to death the rat take the penis sponge body tomeasure its organization HO-2and CO in the content and activity.Results: the rat models whether raised homocysteine levels in the blood increasedsignificantly, penile erectile rate reduced significantly, and CO content and HO-2activitieswere to drop, and homocysteine levels was negatively related (P <0.01). The penis spongebody treatment group HCY CO and HO-2content and the treatment group is obviously higher, penile erectile rate increased significantly (P <0.01), there is statisticalsignificance.Conclusion: Hhcy cause penile erectile function is reduced, may and CO content andthe penis sponge body HO-2express reduce relevant, added to Hhcy betaine produced acertain role influence ED relief. |
