Objective:This article aims to explore the characteristics of posthepatitic cirrhosis TCM syndrome and discuss the correlation between the disease with TCM syndrome and Child-Pugh classification,for liver cirrhosis hepatitis of TCM dialectical treats provide certain objective basis.Method:Through the analysis about the literature of Chinese and western medicine in recent five years and combined with clnical practice, make a questionnaire which includes general information, symptoms, signs, biochemical index and Chinese medicine from the four diagnostic informa-tion, etc,and then make a retrospective survey to214cases of patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis in our hospital.Result:We differentiating and analyzing symptom and sign of214clinic cases of patients as damp-heat syndrome65cases, account for30.4%, liver Qi stagnation syndrome57cases, account for26.6%blood stasis syndrome26cases, account for12.15%, internal retention of water syndrome25cases, account for11.7%, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney22cases,account for10.28%, Liver-kidney yin Deficiency syndrome19cases, account for8.87%. The liver Qi stagnation syndrome is main in A class, the pathogenesis of the damp-heat syndrome is excessive pathogenic factors, but the vital qi has been damaged, this syndrome type is main in B class, which also have B and C class. The liver-kidney yin Deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidneyis main in the late of liver cirrhosis, which often conbined with internal retention of water syndrome, this two syndrome are main in C class, Study found that the blood stasis syndrome rarely exist alone, it often merger in other syndrome type.In the study on correlation between the objective indicators(TB、 ALB、PT)and TCM syndrome we found TB is higher in damp-heat syndrome, the ALB are decreased respectively from liver Qi stagnation with blood stasis、damp-heat、internal retention of water to Liver-kidney yin Deficiency and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidneyis, and PT are increased respectively from liver Qi stagnation with blood stasis、damp-heat、 internal retention of water to Liver-kidney yin Deficiency and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidneyis。Conclusion:1. In this group of case, the liver Qi stagnation syndrome and damp-heat syndrome account for the majority, the blood stasis syndrome rarely exist alone, it often merger in other syndrome type. The liver-kidney yin Deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidneyis main in the late of liver cirrhosis, which often conbined with internal retention of water syndrome.2. liver depression、blood stasis、 the weak and stagnated of positive qi are the main syndrome characteristics of this disease, among them The blood stasis exists the whole process of his disease.3.Along with the development of condition, the ratings of Child is changed toward C class by the A class, the syndromeis also develop gradually from the liver Qi stagnation syndrome to the liver-kidney yin Deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidneyis。...
