Radix flemingiae belongs to Papilionaceae plant. It is usually used Chinese herbal medicine in Yunnan,Hunan,Guangxi, widely used in the production of proprietary Chinese medicines to prevention of gynecology, rheumatic arthralgia and and other types of diseases. Hunan,Guangxi,Shanghai and other local standards collected Flemingia.《Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China》 of2010edition already collected proprietary chinese medicine Gynecologic Qianjin tablets. China has more than100pharmaceutical companies have to Flemingia for the production of the raw materials of proprietary Chinese medicine varieties, the annual demand Flemingia herbs have more than one million kilograms, and continue to increase.Due to years of excavation, the wild resources can not meet the needs of production, and therefore to conduct Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain the artificial cultivation to meet the production needs is very necessary. In this study, collected artificial cultivation Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) from Yanlin in different harvest Prain.Measured the Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain the contents of extracts, moisture and ash.To determination Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain the different medicinal parts of the total flavonoids in different harvest compared are quite different. Using HPLC techniques to establish the fingerprinting Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain the and determined the content of genistin.Result:1:Reference to the2010version of Pharmacopoeia Appendix method, measured the10batches of Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain’s root the total average moisture is11.08%, total average ash was3.21%,, average acid endurable ashes was1.37%, the average of water-soluble extracts in cold water was2.55%. that in hot water was10.90%;95%,90%,85%,80%,75%and70%concentrations of ethanol extractiong the average content was5.33%,6.00%,4.67%,7.6%,4.6%,6.4%.2:Using Ultrasonic extraction method to determine the extraction of Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain the optimum conditions of total flavonoids of95%ethanol, ultrasonic extracted three times, every50minutes. Determination of total flavonoid content of the active ingredient by p Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain, the linear relationship between the dynamic changes of the parts of the Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain the herbs different harvest total flavonoids, results showed that:the same harvest period, the Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain content of total flavonoids relationship:root> stem. Different harvest stage, the root of the total flavonoid content changed little, Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain the whole plant leaves into dormancy, stem and total flavonoid content increased. 3:It is established HPLC fingerprint of extract from root and stem of Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain and used the software of 《Traditional Chromatographic Fingerprint similarity evaluation system2004A edition》 for the similarity calculationo Standarding ten common peak in stem of Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain, the similarity of Gallicarpa were above0.942and the dimensions were well. Standarding ten common peak in root of Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain, the similarity of Gallicarpa were above0.918and the dimensions were well. Standarding seven common peak in stem and stem of twentysample Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain, the similarity of Gallicarpa were above0.902and the dimensions were well.4:Using HPLC determinate Genistin content of stem and root of different harvest Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain, the results show that Genistin contents in stem of Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain.(50.22μg/g-606.34μg/g)far above in root of Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain.(40.35μg/g-365.21μg/g).
