The disease often appears after abdominal operation, trauma, anesthesia, surgical operation, blood or abscess stimulation of peritoneal and other relevant.Object:Through clinical research, to further understand the effect of Tongfu Decoction oral and Enema of two different approaches in the treatment of early postoperative intestinal paralysis validity for clinical application, selection of the more effective treatment methods。Methods:We collect and summarize cases and experiments in our department of DongZhiMen Hospital in recent two years, The patients who according to qualification on the basis of randomized grouping principle divided into treatment group and control group, the threament group and in24patients to be treated with tongfutang enema, rountine treatment control group24cases were treated wite tongfutang Po, after treatment of intestinal Ming events happen in time to flatus, bowel movement, and clinical symptoms were compared to quantify score sheet.Results:Compared with the control group, treatment group after treatment was significantly shorter recovery time of bowel sounds(P<0.05), anal exhaust time was significantly shorter(P<0.05), defecation was significantly shorter (P<0.05).Conclusion:After anorectal infusion of Chinese herbal medicine "Tongfu tang" can achieve the rapid recovery of the motor function of the gastrointestinal tract, on early postoperative intestinal paralysis has remarkable curative effect. |
