ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and significance of protein NDRG1, p16 and Ki67 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm.MethodsExpressions of NDRG1, p16 and Ki67 in cervix tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry PV6000 method in 159 cases of CIN and 58 cases of normal control to analysize the relationships of different pathological categories.ResultsThe expressions of NDRG1 were significantly different in normal cervical tissue and different grades of CIN (H=138.31, P<0.01, q=5.35-20.58, P<0.01)The expressions of p16 were significantly different in normal cervical tissue and different grades of CIN (H= 122.92, P<0.01, q=9.32~23.75, P<0.01) The expressions of Ki67 were significantly different in normal cervical tissue and different grades of CIN (H=145.73, P<0.01, q=10.48~30.64, P<0.01) In CIN, the positive rates of NDRG1 decreased and had negative correlation with the severity of disease (rs=-0.73, p<0.01),while the positive rates of p16 and Ki67 increased and had positive correlation with the severity of disease(rs=0.74,0.81,p<0.01).ConclusionThe expression of NDRG1, p16 and Ki67 might be related with the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm.
