Objectives:1. To investigate the relationship and its clinical significance between Neonatal hyerbilirubinemia and human cytomegalovirus infection.2. to further explore the diagnostic value in the fluorescence quantification of nucleic acid amplification to the Neonatal cytomegalovirus infection.Methods:The collection of Zibo City Maternal and Child Health Hospital of unexplained neonatal hyperbilirubinemia specimens from170patients (excluding newborns with hyperbilirubinemia serum specimens from100cases of normal control), disease diagnosis consistent with" the Journal of practical medicine" diagnostic criteria of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, record the bilirubin concentration; by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect subjects the plasma levels of HCMV-IGM and HCMV-IGG, PCR method detection of plasma free DNA concentration and DNA concentration of mononuclear cells, and carries on statistics processing.Result:1. neonatal hyperbilirubinemia specimens from patients with HCMV-IgM and HCMV-IgG positive rates were higher than those of normal control group,both compared with statistical significance(p<0.05).2. The HCMV positive rate in mononuclear cells is higher than free plasma DNA.3. The liver function indexes of ALT、AST、GGT in HCMV-IgG positive group were higher than that of negative group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbilirubinemia serum HCMV-IgG and HCMV-IgM positive rates were higher than those in the control group,there was significant difference between the two,description of neonatal cytomegalovirus infection(including pregnant perinatal cytomegalovirus infection) and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and correlations between liver injury in. Mononuclear cells in HCMVDNA concentration is free plasma DNA concentration is high, compared with statistical significance, in the HCMV DNA testing, should choose the mononuclear cells.
