[objective]Investigating the characteristics, influencing factor of the TCM syndromes through the observation of the general situation, the syndrome and the constitutions in TCM of the patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in Beijing area, to initially establish the type of syndromes of TCM, and lay the foundation for the institution of the rating scale and prevention measures,[methods]Collect300cases by Clinical information collection table (in the previous topic,"Using the Delphi method developed by the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines of hyperplasia of mammary glands " have been developed, the clinical information collection table is added to the table on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine physical science part)from three sub-center to the establish the Epi database, analysis by spssl7.0. By clustering, descriptive analysis, the frequency of the second normalized to calculate the weights of the four diagnostic indicators to summarize the syndromes distribution, the types of symptoms and the characteristics of various types, analyze and summarize influencing factors and the light, medium and severe diagnosis threshold in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in Beijing area. Using the chi-square test, descriptive analysis Lo summarize the physical characteristics syndromes of TCM of the patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in Beijing area,[results]The main types are liver Qi stagnation, Chong and Ren disorders associated with deficiency of the spleen. Liver Qi stagnation:the main symptoms is breast pain, breast lump and tough and slightly harder quality, different size, shape; the second symptoms are that the size of the breast lump could increase or decrease with the joy or anger,; two costal regions pain, irritability, tongue quality dim, white coating, wiry pulse. Chong and Ren disorders:the main symptoms of the continuous pain of breast lumps, breast lumps and pain increase before the menstruation and decrease after it and menstrual disorder; the second symptoms:the cold limbs, waist and knee cold or limp and pain, or burning sensation of five centres, amenorrhea, the tongue is pink or red tongue, thin coat, rapid pulse or sink. With spleen deficiency syndrome:poor appetite and indigestion, abdominal distention after eating, weary. Syndrome influencing factors:Liver Qi stagnation are more common in age<30years of age, level of education for postgraduate students, non-reproductive history, breast-feeding<3months, short menstrual period. Chong and Ren disorder are more common in the age>40, the level of education for college, the menstrual period≥7days, reproductive history, breast-feeding for>6months, the miscarriage≥2times.The least symptoms is insomnia, then burning sensation of five centres, abdominal distention after eating, weak waist, the most common is irritability, breast pain, breast tenderness and other symptoms of non-discrimination. Common mild symptoms as breast tenderness, breast texture, body tired fatigue, rare five upset hot, insomnia and other symptoms of non-discrimination;Common moderate symptoms is breast tenderness, breast texture, body tired fatigue, rare insomnia, abdominal distention after eating, and other symptoms of non-discrimination. Common severe symptom is breast tenderness, followed by irritability, good heave a deep sigh, but rarely in the insomnia, weak waist, and other symptoms of non-discrimination.Liver Qi stagnation, diagnostic reference threshold:mild42≤scoring<50, moderate50points the≤scoring<59points, moderate≥59points; Chong and Ren disorders associated with deficiency of the spleen diagnostic reference threshold:Mild68points≤scoring<75, moderate75≤scoring<86,≥86points.In the constitution theory in traditional Chinese Medicine, Liver Qi stagnation is more common in yang deficiency, then depressed vital energy, and other physical type undifferentiated; Chong and Ren disorders in patients is more common in depressed vital energy, then Qi deficiency, other physical types of undifferentiated[conclusion]Beijing region patients of hyperplasia of mammary glands concentrated in the two types of certificate designate, liver Qi stagnation, and Chong and Ren disorders associated with deficiency of the spleen. Liver Qi stagnation in Beijing region patients of hyperplasia of mammary glands are more obvious.
