Beijing General Surgery 3 Disease Clinical Pathway Implementation Of Key Technical Problems And Countermeasures Research

As a new model of medical quality management, clinical pathway is paid more and more attention and higher concern by Healthcare Bureau and Hospital Leaders due to its contribution to improving health and care quality, ensuring healthcare safety and reducing unreasonable medical costs. According to the implementing researches on clinical pathway home and abroad, there are more or less problems and barriers in the process of clinical pathway management, which restricted smooth development of clinical pathway on a certain extent, not only management problems but technical ones. It was a short time after clinical pathway is introduced in China, and since the pilot task in2009, during the supervision experts found that there are many technical difficulties in implementing clinical pathway that made its development not achieve the desired effect in hospitals, though management problems have been resolved continually.This study summarizes the technical problems collected from110national pilot hospitals, investigates their effect degree by Questionnaire focused on three diseases of General Surgery, analyzes and compares the degrees by statistic methods, then finds out key technical problems, dissects deeply causes of these problems and their effect and provides some related suggestion that help the smooth development of clinical pathway.The results show that, there is much difference between the technical problems of three diseases from General Surgery during the practical process of clinical pathway. In general,’unsure how to accomplish clinical pathway due to patients’complications’of medical operation process, and’the tedious, complicated filling of variation’of variation and exit management are the two common problems of3diseases. The key technical problems focus on parts of variation and exit management, medical operation process and form design and regulation, there are few key problems in parts of Nursing and Informationization management. This study carefully discussed and analyzed the reasons that can cause these technical problems, and thought that the management ability of variation and exit management, the different level of medical process management, forms that have not shown the medical facts, weak variation information management and nursing form should be promoted even though nursing’s good effect.For the technical problems above, I provide some suggestion, the hospitals should focus on strengthening variation and exit management of clinical pathway, build disease medical quality improvement system on the basis of clinical pathway, regulate clinical pathway form in time, continually improve clinical pathway Informationization management based on promoting Hospital Information System, continue to enhance nursing management of clinical pathway, pay attention to training and Further education. I Health Bureau should perfect constantly clinical pathway supervision and evaluation system.
