The Concept Of Yin And Yang Are Beginning To Explore And Clinical Use

This paper has divided into three parts:History Review:This Part first brought up the contradiction of traditional TCM acupuncture Meridians’ Circulation Theory, and then went over the literatures from the ancient to the modern world about this question. It summarized several common opinions nowadays to describe the current contradictory TCM Meridians’ Circulation theory and none of them can be widely used in clinical actuality, in the end, it strongly recommend a whole new vision which can solve this problem in a different level.Raise up New Thoughts:The so called "new Thoughts" is actually a presupposition which mainly based on<Zhongshi> from<Ling-shu> Chapter nine. I named it as the "Zhongshi Circulation" or "The Beginning-Ending Circulation of Meridians (BECM)". This presumption chose a unique spot to combine the two old different Meridians’ Circulation theory, the blood. Theoretically, it fits both in traditional TCM theory and Clinical tries, and can also helps in choosing treatment.Clinical Observation:The proving part focus on clinical reality. As the presupposition of BECM theory was strongly supported by my supervisor Professor Wang Yin and Professor Tian Conghuo, hundreds of patients’ medical records were collected and analyzed strictly, we tried hard to find a reasonable way to prove it. All statistics were from both National-famed doctors’ daily medical practices in the last2years. Eventually, reasons show that the "Beginning-Ending Circulation of Meridians"(BECM) theory do enriched the current Meridians-Diagnosis-System in Acupuncture Clinic.The more important thing is this BECM-thought brings a brand new thinking method, a "shortcut" in TCM clinic practices. It is like putting all the classic theories together and always knew which one is the right to use.This paper is for both TCM academics and clinical doctors reading.Wish the new BECM theory could make a great effect in clinic.
