Establishing medical record database. Selected national Chinese medicine masters are numbered in accordance with the surname Pinyin order,while the collected medical records are numbered and inputted into excel form. Making the informations can be analyzed..including the prescription names, physicians, indications, the divisions, the provenance, the number of herbal medicines, the prescriptions,the total dose of herbal medicines, whether it exceed the pharmacopoeia dosage,and whether using original prescription,etc.3. This study uses the method of descriptive research to analyze the data. Further analyzing and exploring the data and using cluster analysis methods to cluster the informations that have the same characteristics or keywords. Then proposing rules by analyzing their common point. And by adopting the Excel spreadsheet data processing functions and basic statistical methods to deal with the frequency and dose of classical prescriptions.
