Abstract/Summary:
From a practical point of the rocket jet flow load measurement, this paper combined one-dimensional sensor and3-(SPS) parallel mechanism, and a general measuring platform was designed which can be used in six-dimensional shock load identification. The basic characteristics of jet flow was introduced in the first of this paper, by use of CFD software, the load value of jet flow test was estimated, and the force on the measurement model were figured out. Whereafter, the configuration of the jet flow measuring platform was brought forward, and a one-dimensional sensor has been chose based on jet flow test estimate. Then, the characteristics of this measuring platform and its measuring principle has been introduced, the forward and inverse position of the measuring platform was worked out, and its measuring model was established, given out its force Jacobian matrix.Next, a detail analysis of the platform’s reachable workspace and force isotropy performance and its influencing factors has been carry out, the reachable workspace shape and force isotropic distribution in each cross section was figured out. Also the forward and inverse statics was analysed and simulated, verified the measuring platform under the real rocket jet flow loads. Finally, based on the structural characteristics of the measuring platform and its range, a calibration apparatus for the six-dimensional force measuring platform calibration was designed, the calibrate method and the calibrate software were given out.The study showed that the measuring platform can satisfy the rocket jet flow load measurement needs. Can provide a reference for the design and development of other platforms such.
