| China has became a manufacturing country of excavator with the increasing of economics in the recent years. After10years development, the domestic brand market share increased from5%to about30%. The gap of the excavator’s quality between domestic brand and the international well-known brand is narrowing. The wheeled hydraulic excavators produced by ZhanYang power company is famous in China. Part of the excavators has been used by the troops. The object in this thesis is JYL200G wheeled hydraulic excavator provided by ZhanYang power company. Some analysis and research is made on the reliability of the hydraulic system of the excavator.First of all, the reliability block diagram is established on the basis of the composition and working principles of the hydraulic system. The theoretical methods of reliability prediction and reliability distribution is used to estimate the reliability of the hydraulic system and the whole system’s reliability allocation.Secondly, after doing some research on the fault classification of the hydraulic system, the Excavator reliability evaluation index is discussed. Evaluation index of the hydraulic system is analyzed and calculated on the basis of the collected fault information and data. And the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the hydraulic system is done by the method of fault tree analysis and give the improvement measures to improve the system’s reliability.Finally, to enhancing the convenience of maintenance and management and to improve the using reliability, the software system of reliability data management and fault diagnosis is built through VB and other software platform. |
