With the promotion of the LED in the lighting industry, LED technology has been used in the field of automobile headlamp. In this paper we introduce the high-power LED headlamp with light and heat dissipation technology and the design and analysis of light and heat integration of the LED headlamp system applications..This article describes the development of automobile headlamps.According to the requirements of GB25991-2010car with LED headlamps, we completed the design of LED headlamp low-beam and high-beam lighting system. A light energy utilization and highpower consumption, low-cost beam lighting systems is introduced.so as the structure of the low-beam and high-beam lighting system model.Through the foundation of lighting system model, the optical path tracing, design, prototyping, experimental, data analysis.we have got a lighting system which power is less half of the original.Using the classification-beam light distribution system. Software simulation and the actual sample test of comparative analysis are finished with aspherical plus diaphragm and lens combination. We got the improvement and better results. At the same time, according to the cooling requirements of high-power LED headlamp, this paper proposed a thermal model of the LED headlamp features. With the application of thermal analysis software ICEPAK LED headlamp. We designed the thermal analysis and thermal structure to ensure the requirements of the LED as the operating temperature of the headlamp. On the basis of theoretical analysis and modeling, we designed a high-power LED headlamps to low beam system and completed the phototyping in this paper.Through the experimental validation analysis, We proved the system LED headlamp was in line with GBrequirements.which is combined with the cooling system to system analysis.
