Bearings are one of the most widely used mechanical parts, especially, therolling bearings are the most widely be used and has much many categories.With the development of modern industry and the requirements of environment,people made higher request on the vibration and noise of mechanical system.The indicator of the rolling bearing’s vibration and noise is becoming animportant indicator of performance of rolling bearings.Controlling Technology for the rolling bearing’s vibration and noisebecomes the focus of the bearing’s research. In this paper, the author tried toexplore various impact factors of vibration and noise through studying onsystematic theoretical, analyzing vibration, noise inherent mechanism andinternal relations of bearings. Firstly, a geometric model of rolling bearing isestablished by using mathematical tool under the same set of coordinates, andthe basis theory for the vibration and noise of rolling bearings is provided for thefurther study. In the geometric modeling process, polar or cylindricalcoordinates is used in the further modeling, and the rolling various componentsare digitized in the same coordinates. Introduction of the various components ofthe bearing low relative movement of the parameters obtained after a finitedynamic bearing geometric model. The model based on the geometry of thebearing, according to contact mechanics and playing mobile force lubricationtheory, the point of the bearing face stress analysis, rolling locally on statics anddynamics analysis for the study of the law of vibration rolling pave. Vibrationsare explored and analyzed based on the basis of the previous exploration.General discussion of the previous rolling bearing vibration on variouscategories ideas and classification methods are given, the most reasonablemethod is presented. The author focused on studying rolling noise mechanism,discussing the typical structure of the sound source, and trying to refer theprevious study on the vibration. A model that combined the vibration and typicalnoise source structure is got through the acceleration. The author attempts to explore other methods such as the gray theory rolling noise and vibration in theexamples to explore the gray method to rolling noise and vibration from theapplication of the study, and to specific external bearing system based onobservations of fact, and the research on rolling related validity and uniqueadvantages.This paper attempts to study and summarize the mechanism of vibrationand noise of the rolling bearings. Based on the previous studies and existingmethods, new theories and methods are presented, which can lays a solid theoryfoundation for low vibration and low noise technique.
