| 6063aluminum is the most popular structure-engineering materials among Al-Mg-Si alloys, especially suitable for windows and doors, curtain wall decoration engineering and industrial structure. The unique technology advantage can not be replaced by other structural materials. The use of6063aluminum alloy for building doors and windows stimulates the related industrial progresses of technology, and develops a strong driving force in energy saving, environmental protection, resource allocation and utilization, etc.In this article, we improve the design of alloy composition of the rare-earth6063aluminum, the design of rare-earth compound modification agent, and the composition of multi-mixed gases. Through the control of the use method and gas refining temperature, casting temperature and technology, the determination of the heat treatment process, extrusion technology and aging heat treatment, the chemical composition were analyzed and the mechanical properties after heat treatment were test. The results show that the mechanical properties of the prepared section bar are better than the heat-treated T5of national standard6063alloy, will provide the theoretical basis and process method for the aluminum alloys of mass industrial productions. |
