It’s necessary to check weapon’s firing accuracy before sending out from factory because of the cumulative errors which were generated in the process of design, machining and assembling. These errors will affect the firing accuracy of weapon in a large scale. So a standard shooter is needed to execute shooting test for checking the accuracy of weapons. But subjective factors of shooter will be involved during shooting test and weapon’s shooting accuracy can not be objectively reflected. Therefore, it is important to develop a new kind of special Holding Device to replace shooter to conduct firing.A New Special Holding Device was proposed and developed in this thesis which is used to simulate shooter shooting. And it can exclude subjective factors of the shooter during shooting test and reflect the weapon’s shooting accuracy more objectively. It has very important value. First, the man-gun interaction forces and the motion status of gun were analyzed and the motion parameters of shooter were calculated in the article. Based on the motion calculations, the mechanical structure of Special Holding Device was designed and3-D drawings of whole structure were built. Then the overall scheme of Measurement and Control System of Special Holding Device was proposed in which Motion Control Card was main unit, and the DSP was used for closed-loop control of two-axis analog. The Measurement and Control System can measure the trajectory of holding device real-time and feedback to the control center, and control the movement of this Special Holding Device more precisely. Finally, the software program which based on the above control system was proposed. The software program was written in VC++, and a number of executive functions of Special Holding Device were realized. The software that had intuitive and friendly interface made it convenient for user to manipulate.
