Based On The Highway Transportation Logistics Enterprise Security Transport Capacity Research

The balance of supply and demand of logistics enterprise is the most complicated part of logistics management, the optimization methods has been current focuses at home and abroad in academic circles, and the development and research will take on new value in theory and practice. Road logistics has been a very important part of modern logistics system, but the proportion of transportation cost has been too high in logistics cost, the resources operation needs the reasonable planning of logistics enterprise. From the supply of logistics market angle, this paper mainly did some researches on the concept of secure conveyance ability that was put forward and estimated, providing a new idea for the optimal allocation of resources for logistics enterprise.First of all, from the existing domestic and international the evaluation of conveyance capacity for logistics enterprise, analyzed the composition of road conveyance ability, the combination of the difference characteristic of transportation resource in the time and space, argued the secure conveyance ability of road conveyance for logistics enterprise, and discussing the direction and meaning of application in modern logistics. Secondly, analyzed the present situation, conveyance characteristic and existent insufficiency of logistics enterprise in China, compared railway transportation with military logistics, mined the evaluation experience of road conveyance ability. Third, the combination of evaluation experience and road conveyance, built the index system of road conveyance capacity, and delimited and analyzed the related indexes. Fourth, BP neural networks had good nonlinear mapping ability, the input-output data of model were learned by neural networks, and the mapping relation could be get among samples by the premise of no related weights and parameters. On the basis, model building was operated and based on the BP neural network from three stages. Finally, a band AAA logistics enterprise in southwest China was used as the analytical object, and showed the reasonableness of model.
